Once you identify these reasons, you can go to work rectifying the problem so that you have the energy you need to do what you need to do.
Food is the body’s primary source of energy. Without food, the body simply cannot function properly. If you are feeling tired all the time, take a look at your eating habits to see if they are contributing to your tiredness problem.
The concept of breakfast being the most important meal of the day is debatable; even so, studies have clearly shown that children who eat a hearty breakfast do better in school than those who do not. Chances are this same concept applies to adults in the workplace as well. A cup of coffee simply cannot make up for the energy provided by a healthy breakfast.
Eating a healthy lunch and dinner is also important. Those who do not eat regular meals often wind up snacking on unhealthy foods with a high sugar content. While these foods do provide a temporary energy boost, this boost does not last. When it ends, a person usually winds up wondering, “Why am I so tired all the time?”
Get Enough Sleep at Night

Get Rid of Boredom
Tired all the time syndrome has been tied to boredom in many cases. If you are excited about life and work (or studies), you are likely to have a lot more energy than someone who is tired of life, work and studies.
If you wonder why you feel tired all the time, take a look at your work and personal life. Are you happy with your job and/or your field of study? If you are feeling depressed, you will also need to avoid drinking, as alcohol will simply make you feel worse. What is more, over-drinking will exacerbate the feeling of being tired all the time, draining you of energy needed to take steps to lead a healthy life.
Consider Your Physical Health
